Sales

The Sales module allows you to keep a record of Acquisitions and Disposals.

It also allows you to share information about horses you have entered in upcoming sales with potential buyers.

For each Acquisition and Disposal you can record information about the Date, Source, Sale and Price. For each upcoming Sale you can record details of the Sale company, Sale, Lot No, Pedigree Page and Video.

Horses can be added to multiple sales and can be left unconfirmed awaiting final sales details. Horses confirmed in a sale are shown in a separate tab. These horses can subsequently be part of a sales show list. If a horse is sold, a disposal record can be created automatically from the sale record.
